Bavel -Voice to EHR on-premise.Clinical documentation, generated locally.

Bavel Voice is Bavel Health's sovereign, fully on-premise Voice-to-EHR solution. It enables hospitals to deploy advanced clinical speech AI entirely within their own environment, eliminating dependence on cloud-based clinical copilots while reducing clinician documentation burden and accelerating structured data capture at the point of care.

Unlike cloud-based clinical documentation platforms that carry ongoing per-seat licensing fees, data egress costs, and costly integration projects, Bavel Voice deploys as a native extension of existing infrastructure, converting a recurring operational expense into a one-time infrastructure investment.

Bavel Voice activates as a native extension of the Clinical AI Fabric

Bavel Voice captures ambient clinical audio during the encounter, generates speaker-labelled transcripts, and automatically produces structured clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and specialty-specific templates, delivered directly into the hospital's EHR repository as a FHIR R4 Composition resource. At no point does patient audio, transcript data, or clinical content leave the hospital infrastructure.

Devices securely capture ambient audio during the clinical encounter and store it in encrypted form within the hospital environment. Once the encounter is completed, audio transfers through the hospital's internal network to the Clinical AI Fabric inference node. NVIDIA performs on premise automatic speech recognition and speaker diarization to generate a labelled transcript. Clinically fine-tuned large language models generate structured documentation. Afterwards, FlexGrid harmonises the output into the hospital's native interoperability standard, including OMOP CDM, openEHR, HL7 v2, or direct EHR integration through FHIR APIs.

Why does it matter?

Clinical documentation consumes a disproportionate share of clinician time. Bavel Voice returns that time to patient care while simultaneously improving the structure, completeness, and interoperability of clinical records at the point of capture. The result is better data for care delivery, decision making, research, and real-world evidence generation, produced locally, governed institutionally, and compliant by design.
