Bavel Health was founded on a single observation: the most powerful AI models in the world cannot operate inside a hospital. Not because the models are insufficient. Because the data infrastructure that would allow them to do so safely, sovereignly, and at scale had never been built. We built it.

The bottleneck is not data volume. It is data infrastructure.

Hospitals generate the world's largest reservoir of longitudinal, multimodal patient data. Yet most of it remains fragmented, inaccessible, and unusable for AI, research, and large-scale evidence generation. Bavel Health resolves this bottleneck.

Bavel Health provides a sovereign clinical data infrastructure platform that transforms fragmented hospital data into governed, interoperable, research-grade real-world evidence, without moving patient records and without replacing existing systems. The platform operates entirely inside the hospital environment. Patient data never leaves institutional control. AI workloads move to the data.

Our platform is built on four layers: FlexGrid and the Virtual Research Room at the foundation, a Federated Learning Layer in the middle, and the Clinical AI Fabric at the top. Together they form the only end-to-end sovereign clinical AI infrastructure built from the ground up for the regulatory and institutional realities of healthcare.
